Social Design Award 2024 Do It Yourself!
Be it community gardens, village stores or repair cafés, there are many ways of putting your hands to use and working together to make our world a better place. That’s why this year’s Social Design Award is looking for projects and actions that promote the common good.
This is the eleventh year that SPIEGEL WISSEN magazine, in cooperation with the home improvement retailer BAUHAUS, has organized the competition. The prize is awarded to the best ideas that are based on self-initiative and autonomy. The motto for this year’s Social Design Awards is thus: DO IT YOURSELF!
In Kooperation mit
Two prizes will be awarded: One is awarded by the jury, and the other is chosen by the readers of SPIEGEL.de from a shortlist. The awards have a cash of 2,500 euros each.
The winners of the Jury Prize and the Audience Prize will be announced in the issue of SPIEGEL WISSEN that will be published on Nov. 8, 2024, and on SPIEGEL.de.
