Two Generation Alpha teenagers who decided to attend the second day of Donald Trump's trial in Manhattan Tuesday tore apart the former president's lawyer live on TV.

Fourteen-year-old Hope Harrington Told MSNBC she wanted to be a lawyer when she grew up, and that was one of the reasons she and her friend decided to use a day off school to attend.

"I took a lot of notes about what was going on and different people who were doing what, and it was very interesting for me," she told MSNBC's Chris Jansing. "I'm a big part of Model U.N. at my school. So to be doing this and then to report back to the other kids means a lot to me."

Asked what stood out to her, Harrington said what she found "really funny" was "when the defense attorney was basically annihilated by the judge in opening [statements]. It was — it really made my day. It was really funny. He had no evidence whatsoever."

Harrington's friend Owen Berenbom said that he found former National Enquirer publisher David Pecker's testimony fascinating, particularly on how his "catch and kill schemes" worked.

He also agreed that there were times he found Pecker "credible," but he thought the witness, "Was definitely more inclined to help the former president."

"Definitely sounded pro-Trump throughout his entire thing," agreed Harrington, who was able to attend because New York City schools are out due to Passover.

Berenbom said that Pecker's "testimony also reflected how crucial to this whole case Michael Cohen is and will be when he takes the stand in a few weeks."

Both were able to view Trump throughout the morning, and Berenbom found him to be "more contained than he normally is."

However, the teen noticed, "I could see him nodding. He was nodding off at times."

"At the beginning when we were, when everyone was first setting up, he was squirming a lot, then he went through periods where he was unnaturally still."
