Wood: Plaintiff's motion for a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction #5 and motion for expedited discovery #9 are set for an emergency motion hearing before Judge Andrea R. Wood at 1:00 P.M. in courtroom 2141. Plaintiff's counsel is directed to provide actual notice of the hearing to Defendants VistalTech, Inc., Mastan Reddy Paidela, Vagdevi Satkuri, Mouli Prasad Donipathi, and Kapileswar Reddy Jutur. P. 65(b)(1), the Court may not issue a temporary restraining order without written or oral notice to the adverse party unless (A) specific facts in an affidavit or a verified complaint clearly show that immediate and irreparable injury, loss, or damage will result to the movant before the adverse party can be heard in opposition; and (B) the movant's attorney certifies in writing any efforts made to give notice and the reasons why it should not be required.
