‘So annoying’ rants GMB’s Richard Madeley as he hits out at ‘weird’ Madonna for making him wait SIX hours for interview
It came after GMB anchor Susanna Reid was forced to intervene in an interview
RICHARD Madeley took a savage swipe at pop legend Madonna - blasting the star as "weird" and "annoying" in a feisty segment on Good Morning Britain.
The ITV anchor, 67, let rip at the Like A Prayer hitmaker, 65, after it was reported how fans are suing her for being late on-stage.

Madonna's recent Celebration tour featured a 230ft catwalk and flying "time machine."
Yet she irked fans in the US by showing up two hours later than the stated ticket time - with her now facing a legal battle.
As Tuesday's Good Morning Britain discussed the fact that two fans had now submitted legal documents against the Rain hitmaker, Richard shared his own negative view.
He recalled how Madonna made himself and wife Judy Finnigan, 75, wait "six hours" for a scheduled chat, finally rocking up at "1am".

He continued to confess: "I was so angry."
His co-presenter Susanna Reid, 53, then asked if the chart topper was "worth waiting for" to which he added: "No it wasn't actually.
"She was weird."
One GMB fan was quick to respond: "Madeley throwing Madonna under the bus there. Love it!"

The dispute claims her timely tardiness amounts to false advertising.
Legal papers state the star arrived on stage at 10:30pm despite promoters saying her show would begin at 8.30pm.
Court documents state: "Many ticket holders who attended concerts on a weeknight had to get up early to go to work and/or take care of their family responsibilities the next day."
It has been filed against Madonna's Celebration Tour promoter Live Nation and the venue, the Barclays Center for "false advertising, negligent misrepresentation, and unfair and deceptive trade practices."

Yet it appears she is a fan of being fashionably late.

Show blunder
Earlier in the episode, Richard's co-host Susanna was forced to intervene after a show guest swore live on air.
The anchor jumped in after Yvette Cooper MP let slip the cheeky phrase during a passionate interview about the government's Rwanda bill.
Yvette, 55, is in fact the wife of Susanna's regular Good Morning Britain co-host Ed Balls, 57.
The Shadow Secretary of State for the Home Department branded the policy - dubbed 'stop the boats' - a "gimmick."
She then said: "The Home Secretary himself has described it as bats**t."

Susanna - who recently celebrated two decades in broadcasting - then interjected: "Sorry, we can't use that word on television," before her co-host Richard Madeley let out a laugh.
Yvette was then quick to add: "Sorry, Susanna."
