The 30-year-old, from Scotland, demonstrated five hacks using just the one cheap buy - Aldi’s Powerforce 4 in 1 Disinfectant.

Kayleigh first explained how she uses the product to clean her blinds, as she diluted one cup of the stuff with water, in an empty spray bottle.

The cleaning pro then grabbed a pair of kitchen tongs and secured two multi-purpose cloths with elastic bands on each edge.

Using the spray to dampen the cloths, Kayleigh then ran the tongs along her blinds, as she praised her ‘time saving’ hack: “This technique allows you to disinfect and clean both sides of each individual slat at the same time.”

Not only this, but Kayleigh demonstrated how she creates her very own DIY wipes with the Aldi buy.

So if you’re fed up with wasting cash on wipes, this one is worth a try.

Into a large jar, Kayleigh added the disinfectant along with some water and her multipurpose cloths.

She then explained: “Once the cloths are fully absorbed, they can be used as DIY disinfectant wipes.”

According to Kayleigh, the disinfectant will leave your surfaces looking “extra shiny” and the cloths can then be flung in the washing machine to be used again and again.

Not only does Kayleigh use the Aldi product to clean her blinds and wipe her surfaces, but she also uses it in her bins too.

To create her very own spray, Kayleigh diluted the product with water, and used her DIY solution to clean the inside and outside of her bins.

But that's not all, as Kayleigh also added neat disinfectant onto a paper towel and placed it in the bottom of her bins, as she explained: “This gives you a whiff of the clean scent every time you open your bin.”

As well as this, Kayleigh claimed that the linen scent gives ‘the ultimate, clean, fresh scent’.

Kayleigh also uses the high-street product to ensure her toilet stays sparkling too.

15 Cleaning Hacks That Will Blow Your Mind

Here are some tips to help you clean your home like a pro:

Using it as a diluted spray, Kayleigh gives her toilet a regular wipe over, and adds a cap of the neat disinfectant into the loo, to eliminate nasty odours.

As well as getting rid of grim smells, according to this cleaning enthusiast, doing this will also clean your toilet brush and leave your bathroom smelling fresh too.

Finally, Kayleigh uses the cheap product to clean her floors and walls.

She said: “We all know disinfectant works great for cleaning the floors, but have you tried the same method for freshening up your walls?”

She then explained that she adds one third of the bottle to a mop bucket, and uses a flat mop to wipe over her walls.

Pleased with the hack, Kayleigh concluded: “This method works perfect for removing wall marks and scuffs and leaves your home smelling beautiful. My home has never felt so clean and smelt so fresh.”
