"Whoever said you can’t get Botox while breastfeeding clearly hasn’t tried my ‘organic baby-approved’ skincare routine", she said.

In the video, Monica can be seen opening a bag on frozen breast milk, and rubbing it on her face and neck.

"The best part about breast-feeding is the free Botox", she said, showing off her smooth skin proudly.

Doctors do not recommend that mothers get Botox during pregnancy or whilst breast feeding, as it is unclear whether the toxins can be passed on to the baby.

Breast milk does contain anti-inflammatories, however, Monica's natural Botox alternative hasn't been backed by scientific data.

Health expert Helen Bell, a health told The Mirror: "Breast milk does have benefits such as antibodies, vitamins, and anti-inflammatories, which can be soothing and potentially beneficial for the skin.

"However, applying expired breast milk could also pose risks, such as bacterial growth, which, for me, outweigh any potential benefits.

"There isn't enough scientific evidence to support the claim that it works like Botox in reducing signs of ageing."

Despite this, Monica seems pretty chuffed with her skincare hack, and, with Botox costing around £200 per injection, she will be saving herself a lot of cash.

Monica's video has likely left many open-mouthed, as it has gone viral, racking up 3.4 million views on the video sharing platform.

A second said: "But I hate smelling like sour milk all day."

A third said: "The smell is so gross".
