Submissions now being accepted for 72nd ABW Spark Tank Competition, $30,000 funds available

Submissions are now being accepted for the 72^nd Air Base Wing Spark Tank competition.

The annual competition leverages the inherent innovation of Airmen and Guardians to create transformative opportunities and foster a culture of innovation to solve problems and enhance the effectiveness of the 72^nd Air Base Wing’s mission to train hard, rapidly deploy, fight and win.

For this year’s annual challenge, think about innovative solutions to transform how the 72^nd Air Base Wing drives research, development, test, sustainment, support, and infrastructure to optimize combat readiness in all aspects.

This is your place to input your most revolutionary ideas. Are there programs, platforms, or systems that could improve efficiently or lethality of your mission? Do you have an idea how the 72^nd Air Base Wing can get after future operation requirements that have never been done before?

Click here to submit your package to the 72^nd ABW. You will need to create an account in order to submit your idea utilizing your CAC card.

Submissions will be accepted until March 31, 2024.

After submissions are gathered, crowd voting will take place from April 1 – April 15, 2024. The top six submission will then be voted upon from April 16 – April 31, 2024.

On May 14, 2024, the top six submissions will be presented to the Spark Tank Panel.
