Dale (@sweatsandthecity) shared the brow care tips in a viral TikTok video.
To increase the appearance of her brow density, she used a tint.
The trick, she explained, had an added benefit that helped grow brows over the long run.
"It'll also cause you to use less makeup, which can be so taxing for brow growth," she explained.
She opted for an organic vegetable dye brow tint for best results.
For maintenance, Dale revealed that she only plucks and trims her brows.
The spot treatment of excess brow hairs, she said, was the "most gentle approach" and allowed users to retrain their brow if they desired.
The technique, she added, also encouraged brow growth in specific areas, as opposed to hair removal alternatives like threading and waxing.

Dale doubled down on her aversion to brow makeup, revealing that she's ditched pencils and makeup.
Instead, she used Rose Inc's Brow Gel to style, condition, and strengthen her brow hairs.
While she does get her brows done professionally, she recommended only indulging in the treatment once every three months, tops.
