London Marathon runners are breathing a sigh of relief as they crossed the finishing line after completing the gruelling 26.2-mile race today.
Participants pounded through the streets of the capital this morning, with athletes and celebrities among the record 50,000 runners taking part in the world famous event.
Olympian James Cracknell and 'Hardest Geezer' Russ Cook, who earlier this month became the first person to run the entire length of Africa, joined 20 MPs and peers - the most in the event's history - including Chancellor Jeremy Hunt.
Watch the heartwarming moment the oldest and youngest female racers met at the finish line
Eileen Hieron and Maya Woolf were seen embracing as they spoke after crossing the finish line.
Since 2018, Eileen has participated in five marathons and is now 81.

She went on to say: 'I am just so proud of you - that's amazing!'
Jeremy Hunt is pictured crossing the line after he participated for the third time
Chancellor Jeremy Hunt has been pictured looking upbeat as he crossed the finish line.
The 57-year-old, who ran the race for the third time, previously said it was a 'bit crazy' for him to do at his age.
He ran to fundraise for a new cancer and surgical innovation centre at the Royal Surrey County hospital and raised £35,000.
Travel chaos is now beginning to ease
Holloway Road station is closed on the Piccadilly line due to crowd control. It has been announced trains would not be stopping there after the flood of people leaving the race today.
But all other stations are open and the roads in Greenwich, Blackheath and Woolwich areas have now reopened.
However, roads around The Mall remain closed.
But travellers should be aware that the FA Cup game at Wembley is due to finish at about 5.30pm, triggering a fresh influx of chaos.
People looking to get home will likely head towards Euston station to head back up north.

An Australian ran the London Marathon in Crocs on Sunday, raising money for Leukaemia Care.
Stu McConaghy, 36, sported a striking light purple version of the resin shoes, Hawaiian shirt and aviator sunglasses, as he sauntered up the Mall after finishing.
'It was an absolute dream. They're durable, they're fashionable, everybody loves them," he said of his Crocs, adding: "I'd say a ten out of ten conservatively.'
While Mr McConaghy may have trained in normal shoes, he brought the Crocs out for race day and was impressed by their practicality.
'There were no issues with blisters, we won't mention the blood,' he said, adding: 'You can just wash the blood out and go to the pub, happy days.'
On his group's fundraising efforts, he said: 'We raised a fair bit of dosh, so I think they'll be happy.'
How Emile Cairess went from Bradford schoolboy to Britain's second-fastest marathon runner ever
When Emile Cairess was a boy he wanted nothing more than to keep up with his mother as they ran through the streets of West Yorkshire.

But now at the age of 26, he can leave not only his beloved mother behind, but also many of the world's best long distance runners and enjoying a blissful life with his athlete girlfriend, Georgia Yearby.
It was a fact that was clear for all to see as he took a remarkable third place at the London Marathon today, becoming the second-fastest British marathon runner on in history.
