KATE Moss appears to do a double-take after enjoying a spot of lunch at a posh restaurant.
The supermodel, wearing a leopard print coat, had helped fashion designer pal Bella Freud celebrate her 63rd birthday in London’s Mayfair.

An onlooker said: “Kate was in high spirits over lunch and was talking animatedly.
"She was laughing and joking, telling stories.
"She tucked into her pasta and was drinking from a champagne glass.
“Afterwards she trotted straight into a waiting car.”

It comes after Kate, who has reinvented herself in recent years as a wellness guru, celebrated her 50th birthday in January by throwing a lavish bash in Paris with 30 of her closest chums.
According to pals Kate has been teetotal for six years after turning over a new, clean-living leaf.
Speaking in 2020 her close friend DJ Fat Tony revealed: “Kate’s been clean for over two years.
"Me and my sober mates now have a better time than we ever did when we used to drink and take drugs.”

Speaking in 2018 Kate insisted that her party days were over saying: “I take care of myself now, I’m a good girl.
"I go to bed, I drink lots of water, not too much coffee, and I’m trying to cut down on cigarettes.”
Kate, who has been dating photographer Count Nikolai von Bismarck, 37, on and off since 2015 now runs a successful modelling agency, which represents her daughter Lila, 21, as well as a wellness brand Cosmoss.
