Since then Shaughna has become a mum to daughter Lucia, one, and recently opened up about being described as "clinically obese" by medical staff.

Now Shaughna has spoken out about the surgery she's had since her appearance on Love Island.

Speaking to The Sun, Shaughna said: "I had liposuction on my legs and that was so sore!

"I feel my opinion on surgery has changed a lot because I’ve got a baby now, and also I’m renovating a house, and I think every day about the money I’ve wasted on surgery and where that could have actually gone.

"I’ve absolutely no plans on having surgery at the minute, I just want to be fit and strong for my daughter."

Revealing how much she's spent on surgery, Shaughna continued: "To be fair, all the liposuction that I’ve had has all been medically needed, but maybe £25,000

"I had the liposuction on my thighs and on my calves, and I had my boobs done years ago. It is a lot of money, but this was just after Love Island so I think I almost felt like I had to have it done. I felt everyone was looking at me, but if I had have known how painful it was, I may not have done it."

Shaughna suffers from lipoedema which, according to the NHS, is "an abnormal build-up of fat in your legs and sometimes arms which can be painful and affect daily life".

The reality star also revealed she declined to meet with Love Island bosses to discuss appearing on the All Stars series earlier this year.

She said: "They asked me to interview for it during the National Television Awards in September. I think they asked a lot of people, but I couldn’t think about that.

Love Island legend sparks concern as she admits she's in 'such a bad place' as she raises her daughter as a single mum

"I had such a good time the first time that I almost wouldn’t want to taint it. I couldn't imagine doing it."

Shaughna was previously left devastated when Lucia's dad Billy Webb, 29, was busted for drug offences after a dramatic police raid.

She previously defended the decision to take Lucia to visit him and prison.

Shaughna also confessed they're in daily contact and didn't rule out a reunion once he's released in the summer.

She said: "I talk to her dad every day and still see him regularly, and there's no animosity, there's nothing horrible there, so I don't know what the future holds, but as of right now, it’s just me and my baby."
