Here, we take a look at some of Amanda’s most foolproof anti-ageing secrets - from an £8 beauty buy, the celebrity beauty brand she loves and everything in between.

Skin Win: Non-surgical face-lift

Amanda is adamant that she has never had plastic surgery, and previously revealed that she stopped getting Botox after a difficult birth to her youngest daughter Hollie.

However, one thing that the star swears by to make herself look far younger than she actually is, is a non-surgical face list.

The mum regularly gets Morpheus8, a radio-frequency and micro-needling treatment that stimulates collagen production.

The treatment costs up to £2000 a visit, but Amanda swears it has taken years off her skin.

She told Good Housekeeping: "The Morpheus8 results have been amazing.

"It's been the best hour investment for looking at least five years younger."

The blonde beauty recently teamed up with Revolution Pro to create a skincare line with make-up-esque products like a primer and lip oil.

The high-street brand is famed for its affordable products and its dupes of high-end products.

Amanda’s said: “I'm absolutely thrilled to be working with Revolution Pro.

“For ages I've used loads of their products, and I have always, always wanted to do something with them and have my own makeup and skincare range.

“They've been like a fairy godmother and made it all come true!”

The collection includes a Wonderplump Cream Duo which is a £12 face and neck cream for “that fresh-faced, plumped and sculpted skin”.

The beauty brand also said that “Amanda’s best kept secret to flawless skin” is the lip and fine line filler primer which costs £8.

There’s also a £10 under-eye serum and £8 lip oil giving a “mirror-like shine” without any stickiness.

As well as this, the star revealed her make-up essentials to Fabulous, as she shared: “My Revolution Pro X Amanda Holden Diamond Kiss Lip Oil. And fake lashes!”

Everything to know about Amanda Holden

As reported by Heatworld, Amanda explained: “I use IT Cosmetics, HD and I always use Revolution Pro Foundation. I use the Revolution Pro eye palettes.

"Also, the Revolution Pro Wonderplump Cream Duo is an amazing cream. It's got Myoxinal in it, which is a natural version of Botox. So it's really good for your skin.

“All my teams now have smatterings of Revolution Pro stuff everywhere. But I think for me, it's all about keeping a glow, not having too much powder.

“You have to understand your face, so I've got quite small eyes, so I normally go for quite a smokey eye and I always have a lash on.”

Not only this, but Amanda also told Fabulous her epic beauty tip, as she advised: “If I get a hangnail and don’t have a nail file, I use the cement on brick walls to smooth it.”

She also spoke about her make-up evolution, as she added: “If you look back I had no eyebrows. I’m never getting involved in thin brows again!

“You have to have a thick brow and lots of bronzing.”

Skin wins: From Nivea to Barbara Sturm

But in order to have a flawless face, according to this busy mum, it all starts with skincare.

Amanda revealed her hack for ensuring that your skin looks great, as well as the products she can’t live without.

She told Heatworld: “To be honest, I think the most important thing with skincare is to not use the same product for longer than six months.

"I use all kinds of things, I use so many products. Revolution Pro do an amazing Glycolic Acid Toner. It gets your makeup off and also sort of resurfaces at the same time. So yeah, I use so many different things... it’s like Superdrug in my house!

"I use Barbara Sturm, I use Dr. Levy, but I don't use Coco de Mer because I think it's ridiculously expensive, but you know, gorgeous.

“My husband uses Nivea and it’s fantastic. My grandmother always used to use an oil from Olay, which is also good.

“I think it's good to change it up because I think your skin gets used to stuff and I think the products just don't work as well as they should after a certain amount of time. So that's when it's time to start thinking about different things.

“I'm a big fan of the gold sheet masks. Those kinds of things that make you look like Michael Myers from Halloween. They're easy and disposable and much easier to get off.”

To achieve her slender figure, which she famously loves showing off, she keeps in tip-top condition with three runs a week and a one-minute plank every day.

The star told Fabulous: “I’ve always dressed for other women. I look at J.Lo and Jennifer Aniston, and they’re hot.

"I just think while they’re looking that good, I’ll try to keep up.

“So as long as I feel like I want to, I will always wear a bikini, regardless of anybody else’s thoughts on the subject.

"If you feel happy and body-confident, wear the bikini. It’s just madness.

"You will never find me in a bathing suit!”

Not only this, but Amanda also explained that she makes sure to take care of her health with plenty of exercise and follows a vegetarian diet - but she does love a treat from time to time.

Speaking to The Mirror, Amanda claimed: "We’ve got big cheeks in our family and good jawlines. So I think as long as that’s all staying like that, I don’t mind.

"I don’t think I look 50 but I don’t think I look 30. I have been called Mandy Button in the past, which is such a flattering thing!

"I do look after myself, I run, I do yoga, I’m a vegetarian.

“But I do love a drink. I don’t deny myself anything. After lockdown, I just think, ‘Don’t deny yourself now, just enjoy life’. If you want a glass of wine or a doughnut, have one."

"I think I had more of a wobble when I turned 30. I got divorced and I was like ‘S***, I’m 30. I’m supposed to be having children and stuff at this point’.

"But at 50 I just went, ‘Yeah, I’m 50, I feel fabulous and I just don’t care’."

Well in: Massages, yoga and sleep

Not only is fitness important to Amanda, but she also prioritises self-care and wellness too.

She told Heatworld: "I practise Kundalini yoga. Not daily but weekly which is amazing for breath and just bringing good energy and strength to you.

“I take my Revive Collagen, which is ridiculous how much that works. My hair is growing back from that.

“And just looking after yourself. I try and have a massage, I try to have a facial.

“I have a sleep app every night. And I just try not to give two f***s about things anymore.

"The best thing you can do is look at yourself in the mirror and go, 'Would I want to be friends with you?' Yes, I would. Do I really care what everyone else thinks? No, I don't’, because, when you’re a mum or you've got young children in your family and they start growing up, you understand how fast time goes, and how much of it you waste worrying about really stupid stuff.

“So yeah, look at yourself in the mirror and go, 'Do you know what, f**k it and enjoy your life.'

Dress up: Passion for fashion

Not only does Amanda have a phenomenal figure, but she’s also got an enviable wardrobe to match.

We often see the star stun in bikinis, but she regularly gets us jealous with her stunning work outfits too.

The presenter told Fabulous that she wants to make other women feel equally amazing with her new Lipsy clothing range and that it was the perfect collab for her, as she’s always loved Lipsy’s clothes.

She added: “It’s nice to be with a brand that knows how to dress women.

"I get offered deals all the time, but I am such a truthful person that I won’t put my name to anything I don’t believe in. It has to be authentic or people will see through it,” she says.

“The main thing for me was I wanted it to be a good price point, because we’re in the middle of a cost of living crisis.

"We’ve gone through my wardrobe and my looks. It’s flattering for all shapes and sizes.
