We all love tool deals. I say this with confidence for two reasons. One, you're on a car website, in a section called The Garage run by two guys who might actually go to a Cars and Coffee event—if the cars were parked on lifts. And two, because we have a whole department that keeps track of what our readers click through and buy. Like us, you can't pass up a deal on tools.
For today, we are taking a look at tool deals from Ace Hardware, probably the closest thing most of us have to an actual hardware store these days. As convenient and useful as the big-boxes are, I like to walk into a store that doesn't require an app to navigate and a switch to my "walkin' shoes." But, there's also a Craftsman Versastack 230-piece mechanic's tool set for $129.00 that includes a tool box; this is a great starter set that I may pick up for son. If I pull the trigger, I will definitely do store pickup and take him with me. He hasn't be as enthused with the big boxes stores since they all got rid of the hot dog carts.
