A stunning £2.5 million house in Dorset is up for grabs in the latest Omaze prize draw.

The winner will get the keys to a contemporary, five-bedroom, three storey home with rainforest inspired gardens nestled within the countryside near the town of Wimborne Minster.

It is the latest offering from Omaze, whose properties have frequently been sold by winners less than 12 months after being won.

Winners are also given £100,000 in cash to help them settle in and can either live in the house, rent it out for a supplementary income or sell it. Entries to the latest draw cost just £10.

If the winner decides to rent it out, local estate agents estimate that the property could achieve a long-term rental value between £5,000 and £6,000 per month.

The money raised from the partnership with Omaze will support BBC Children in Need to fund more vital youth work projects in communities across the UK, to provide young people living in tough conditions with a space where they feel safe.

EXCLUSIVEThe curse of Omaze? How raffle winners are selling up less than a year after owning their mega mansions

Most of the dream homes won on Omaze have been sold within months of being won.

Analysis by MailOnline found that most winners cash in on their prize within 12 months.

One reason for selling up is the huge cost of keeping the luxury mansions, which is barely covered by the £100,000 prize included in the win.

Among those who decided to put their prize home on the market was Uttam Parmar from Leicestershire, who put his stunning Cornish mansion on the market within eight weeks of claiming the jackpot, saying he couldn't afford the maintenance costs.

Essex grandmother June Smith, 74, put her stunning home in Fowey, Cornwall on the market after visiting the property just once.

Another West Midlands couple, Jade and her unnamed partner put their Omaze home with breathtaking views of the English Channel for sale within months.

And in the most extreme case yet, winner Glen Elmy left his home on the north Devon coast after just three days over claims the property was built on a collapsing clifftop.
