Events of the 4th China International Consumer Products Expo (CICPE), which is taking place in the southern Chinese province of Hainan, are held not only in the city of Haikou (the administrative center of the province), but also in other parts of the island. The third platform was organized on the territory of the Lecheng International Medical Tourism Pilot Zone in the city of Boao on the east coast of the island.
