Ministerial forum to be held as part of BRICS Games in Russia’s Kazan

According to Tatarstan’s Minister of Sports Vladimir Leonov, the forum will preliminarily be held from June 21 to 24

KAZAN, April 16. /TASS/. The Forum at the ministerial level will be held as part of the BRICS Games in Kazan, Tatarstan’s Minister of Sports Vladimir Leonov said.

"Within the framework of the BRICS Games, we will hold a forum or summit of all ministers of the BRICS countries," Leonov said. "This will be a separate program - business sessions, a separate agenda."

According to Tatarstan’s minister of sports, the forum will preliminarily be held from June 21 to 24. Leonov added that all ministers, as well as athletes, will be invited to the celebration of the Sabantuy summer festival in Kazan.

The BRICS Games will take place in Kazan from June 12 to 23.
