‘Perfect for bedroom’ say Amazon shoppers as 32-inch Toshiba TV is slashed from £189 to £129
AMAZON has cut the cost of a mini-size television by 32% and it's now the most popular TV on the website.
Shoppers are currently racing to buy the 32-inch Toshiba WF2F53DB Fire TV for £129, down from £189.

I clocked the discount telly while browsing Amazon's best-selling TVs page - a place where you'll often find big-brand televisions on sale.
At the time of writing, this diminutive, 32-inch set from Toshiba is the best-selling television on Amazon.
That's no doubt largely down to the colossal 32% discount, but based on various user reviews on Amazon, lots of shoppers are buying this for bedrooms.

Which makes total sense, given the 32-inch screen: these days, most shoppers wouldn't consider a television of this size for their living room.
(That being said, I wouldn't dismiss it out of hand if you have a smaller viewing space: as my what size TV to buy guide explains, bigger isn't always better when it comes to TVs.)
The WF2F53DB is an unashamedly budget-friendly, no-frills TV that looks like a great gift for kids who are clamouring for a TV of their own.
Despite the super-low price tag, this Toshiba TV still has a pretty impressive-looking range of specs.
Firstly, there's the Fire TV smart platform: a piece of home-grown Amazon tech that you will have seen if you've ever bought one of the retailer's Fire streaming sticks.
Here, you get the same central hub for Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime Video and all the other services and apps you subscribe to.
Unsurprisingly, too, given that Amazon tech, you've got full Alexa compatibility: the TV can be voice-controlled via a button on the remote.
This can also be used to operate any other synced smart devices: think Echo Dot speakers (currently 45% off), Philips Hue smart light bulbs and the like.
Anybody worried by the lack of a 4K screen needn't despair: you literally can't appreciate Ultra High Definition picture quality at this scale.
Buyers who have purchased the WF2F53DB have given the television an average rating of 4.5 out of 5.
One shopper writes: 'Easy to set up, great sound, perfect for bedroom or small lounge. [I] would recommend this TV.'
Another buyer says: 'A great TV for my daughter’s bedroom - the voice remote feature is a real bonus!
'Easy to set up, reasonable sound and good picture quality... [I] may even buy another.'
