Avtotor launches production of Jetour Dashing crossover in Kaliningrad

Avtotor and Jetour signed a general agreement, which includes organizing the production of the brand’s products in Russia and gradually increasing the level of localization

KALININGRAD, April 15. /TASS/. Russian carmaker Avtotor started production of the Jetour Dashing urban crossover in Kaliningrad, according to the company's press service.

"Avtotor has started industrial production of Jetour cars. The first model of the brand, which is produced at the facilities of the Kaliningrad carmaker, is the urban crossover Jetour Dashing," the press service reported.

Avtotor and Jetour signed a general agreement, which includes organizing the production of the brand’s products in Russia and gradually increasing the level of localization.

Chairman of the board of directors of Avtotor Valery Gorbunov told reporters that in 2024 the company plans to produce at least 10,000 cars of this brand in Kaliningrad and aims to increase the production volume to 15,000 cars.
