Approximately 90 tons of humanitarian aid destined for the Gaza Strip arrived via maritime route at the Egyptian Red Crescent Society. This aid, including essential items like rice, oil, powdered milk, water, and medications, was sent in compliance with Supreme Decree 5053 approved by President Luis Arce’s cabinet, Los Tiempos reported.

Bolivian Foreign Minister Celinda Sosa expressed deep concern over the situation facing the Palestinian people. The aid sent from Bolivia remains at the Rafah border, under the control of occupying powers, prompting Bolivian authorities to urge permission for its entry.

Sosa condemned Israel’s systematic blockade hindering humanitarian operations in Gaza, labeling it a severe violation of human rights. She emphasized that obstructing humanitarian aid worsens the situation for the affected population.
