Ciara and Russell Wilson to make $31 million profit with sale of Seattle mansion

Russell Wilson and wife Ciara have a lot to celebrate.

The Steelers quarterback and the singer are set to receive $31 million in the impending sale of their lakefront Washington estate, according to The Wall Street Journal, which cited a source close to the deal.

The Bellevue mansion, located about 10 miles from Seattle, is reportedly slated to sell at $21.25 million. The couple pocketed an additional $9.75 million for a previously sold lot next to the mansion in 2022, bringing the total payout to $31 million.

Wilson, 35, and Ciara, 38, reportedly found a buyer for their 11,000-square-foot Bellevue mansion, which hit the market for $36 million in the spring of 2022 — around the time Seattle traded the nine-time Pro Bowler to Denver in an offseason blockbuster.

The sale of the stunning six-bedroom, seven-bathroom estate is in contract and expected to close in May, the source told WSJ.

Once the sale is final, Wilson will make a $15 million profit on the mansion, which he originally purchased for $6.7 million in 2015 when he was still with the Seahawks, per public records.

The pair also paid $6.7 million in 2019 for a lot next door with a carport on it.

The price of the home was cut twice, most recently to $24.9 million, according to the report. It was on the market for $28 million at one point.

Wilson and Ciara are in the midst of selling their $25 million Denver mansion after the quarterback was cut by the Broncos in March following a failed two-season experiment.

The quarterback signed a one-year contract with the Steelers worth $1.2 million that same month, per Spotrac.

In February, BusinessDen reported the couple was accepting offers and providing tours to prospective buyers for their mansion in Cherry Hills Village, which became the most expensive home ever sold in the Denver area when they paid $25 million for it in April 2022.

Wilson and Ciara began dating in 2015 and attended the ESPY Awards together that year.

The Super Bowl-winning quarterback proposed in March 2016 and the pair tied the knot that July.

The couple has three kids together: daughters Sienna, 7, and Amora (born December 2023) and son Win, 3.

Ciara has a 9-year-old son, Future Jr., with her ex, rapper Future.
