Britney Spears, boyfriend Paul Soliz trashed Vegas hotel room during ‘intense fight’ months before LA incident: report

Britney Spears and her boyfriend, Paul Richard Soliz, allegedly trashed a Las Vegas hotel room during an explosive fight four months before their latest scuffle in Los Angeles, according to a new report.

The pop superstar and her beau got into an “intense fight” at the Wynn resort during the last week of December 2023 that was “so bad” their suite was in ruins by the end of it, sources claimed to TMZ Friday.

Spears, 42, ended up “paying the hotel tens of thousands of dollars” to cover the damage, per the insiders.

Additionally, the outlet reported that Soliz, 37, borrowed the “Overprotected” singer’s Mercedes-Benz during the Sin City trip and damaged that as well.

Reps for Spears didn’t immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.

The news of the couple’s volatile history comes after they got into an altercation in the early hours of Thursday morning at West Hollywood’s famed celebrity haunt, the Chateau Marmont.

Spears was seen in a series of photos alongside Soliz and paramedics outside the hotel after an ambulance arrived at the scene.

While the Grammy winner insisted the injury had occurred while she was attempting a leap, sources told Page Six that first responders were called following a fight with her on-and-off boyfriend.

Additionally, Soliz reportedly damaged his girlfriend’s Mercedes-Benz during the Sin City trip.

The Los Angeles Fire Department also confirmed to Page Six that it had received a call about an injured woman, though they did not receive any specifics.

“Britney had a rough night and big fight, but she is incredibly resilient despite the trauma she endured during the conservatorship,” one insider told us.

The pop icon denied the headline-making tussle ever occurred, writing on Instagram later Thursday, “The news is fake … I also twisted my ankle last night and paramedics showed up at my door illegally. They never came in my room but I felt completely harassed.”

In a subsequent post, Spears showed off her bruised and swollen foot — which she asserted was the result of a doomed dance move — and blamed her estranged mother, Lynne Spears, for stirring up the drama.

“I haven’t talked to her in 6 months and she called right after it happened before the news being out,” she wrote.

“I was set up just like she did way back when !!! I wish I had grandparents !!! I can’t stand her !!! I honestly don’t care I will say it 👍🏻🤷🏼‍♀️ !!!”

It is unclear whether Britney feels her mom, 68, had alerted paramedics or leaked the news to the press.

Meanwhile, Britney applauded her attorney, Mathew Rosengart, for helping her through the situation.

“Psss this man is wonderful !!! He’s like a father to me and he got me through last night !!! I adore you and admire you mister Mathew !!!” she wrote alongside a snap of the lawyer posing with a wolf.

Britney’s fight with Soliz has caused concern for her closest friends. Speaking to Page Six, one pal described the former housekeeper — who has a criminal record — as “bad news from the start.”

Another source told us that Britney is “flexing her freedom and moving on from [ex-husband] Sam [Asghari]” by dating Soliz, to whom they referred as “a bad influence.”

Britney’s conservatorship — which her estranged father, Jamie Spears, established in February 2008 to control her personal, medical and financial affairs — was terminated in November 2021.

The “Crossroads” star previously said she would like to “sue [her] family” for their roles in the restrictive legal arrangement — especially Lynne, whom she accused of giving Jamie the idea for it alongside former business manager Lou Taylor.

Britney ultimately settled her conservatorship case with Jamie, 71, last week.

Although she reportedly must pay her dad’s legal bills, a source told Page Six that the “Woman in Me” author “wanted to put everything behind her” and is happy with the result, which avoids a trial and keeps her out of court.
