Jack Teixeira, who pleaded guilty to federal crimes for leaking sensitive information online, will now confront military criminal proceedings for alleged violations of the Uniform Code of Military Justice, The Washington Post reported.

The charges include failure to obey orders and obstructing justice, stemming from his actions between September 2022 and April 2023 at or near Otis Air National Guard Base in Massachusetts.

Teixeira allegedly continued accessing unauthorized information and disposed of electronic devices to obstruct justice, prompting an Article 32 hearing scheduled for May 14 at Hanscom Air Force Base.
