Filing 16 ORDER DIRECTING COMPLIANCE WITH INVESTIGATIVE SUBPOENA: NOW THEREFORE, the Court having considered the SEC's Application for an Order to Show Cause, and the papers filed in support thereof, and a proper showing in support of the relief sought therein having been made, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Application is granted. IT IS FURTHER HEREBY ORDERED that Respondent is directed to appear for testimony before the SEC's New York Regional Office, at 10:00 a.m., on May 29, 2024 or anoth er date and time to which the SEC staff consents in writing, and continuing, from day to day, until completed; IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Respondent shall produce to the SEC all documents responsive to the June 26 Subpoena within his possession, cu stody or control no later than May 15, 2024; As further set forth by this Order. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the SEC shall serve a copy of this Order on Respondent by email and UPS overnight delivery on or before May 8, 2024, and shall file proof of service with the Court on or before May 8, 2024. Filing 13 ORDER: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that if Respondent fails to oppose the Petition later than May 2, 2024, the Court will treat the Petition as unopposed. If Mr. Cobb timely responds, any reply from the SEC must be filed not later than May 7, 2024. If Mr. Cobb fails to respond, the SEC must submit a proposed order granting the requested relief in accordance with the Undersigned's Individual Practices not later than May 7, 2024.
