Shocking moment pro-Palestine heckler interrupts Nancy Pelosi's speech at Oxford Union after she was screamed at as a 'genocide-backer'

Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's address to the Oxford Union in the UK was interrupted by a pair of pro-Palestine demonstrators, days after she said such protests have a 'Russian tinge' to them.
The California Democrat was giving an address to the debating society in Oxford as the protestors walked just in front of her podium and silently held up Palestinian flags, until being escorted out by security.
Outside the building some 250 demonstrators chanted 'free Palestine' and 'end the genocide.'
The group was led by Youth Demand, which put out a statement calling Pelosi a 'warmonger.'

'BREAKING: YOUTH DEMAND DISRUPT GENOCIDE-BACKING [Pelosi] AT UNIVERSITY OF OXFORD,' the group wrote on X.
'Warmongers like Nancy Pelosi are not welcome on University campuses,' the group said in a statement. 'When children are being murdered, and hospitals are being bombed, we will not sit down and be quiet whilst these people are given platforms. We must stand up and take action, because we aren't f‑‑‑ing around anymore.'
The ex-speaker and longtime Democratic leader was giving as part of the Benazir Bhutto Memorial.
Bhutto was the first woman to serve as prime minister of a Muslim nation when she was elected to lead Pakistan through the late 1980s and mid 1990s. She was assassinated in 2007 when a gunman opened fire and detonated a suicide bomb during a political rally.

'It's in Putin's interest for 'What's His Name' to win, and therefore I see some encouragement on the part of the Russians,' said Pelosi, who typically avoids naming Donald Trump.
She defended President Biden's response to the outbreak of war between Israel and Hamas.
'[Biden] now is calling for a ceasefire. Who's resisting the ceasefire at this point is Hamas,' Pelosi said.
She complained that protesters had shown up outside her house 'at 3 o'clock in the morning' with signs that read 'Genocide Joe.'
'I trust the sincerity of many of the demonstrators,' Pelosi went on. 'It's organic, it's spontaneous, it's real. But some of it, I think, has a Russian tinge to it.'
Raucous pro-Gaza encampments and demonstrations have erupted at universities across the U.S. this week.
