What the Recent Leak Says About Vivo X100s

A separate report by GSM Arena tells us that the X100s sports a new, flatter design that moves away from its predecessor's curved aesthetics. It features a flat frame with a textured finish and a lightly curved 2.5D rear glass panel, enhancing both its visual appeal and ergonomics.

What's more, the phone's camera setup includes a distinctive knurled ring and four cameras, maintaining a similar configuration to the X100 with a 15-70mm range that includes a 15mm ultrawide, a 70mm periscope, and a 50MP f/1.6 main camera.

Does the Vivo X100s Borrow Inspiration From iPhone 15 Pro

Drawing comparisons with the iPhone 15 Pro, the X100s showcases a flat-edged display and adopts a color scheme reminiscent of Apple's offering. However, it stands out with its slimmer profile at just 7.89mm thick, compared to the iPhone's 8.3mm, presenting a sleeker option for users seeking a thinner device.

More About its Specs

The upcoming Vivo X100s is rumored to be powered by the high-performance Dimensity 9300+ chip, featuring a higher-clocked Cortex-X4 processor at 3.4GHz. Consumers can look forward to a variety of color options, including white, black, cyan, and titanium.

Pricing for the X100s is expected to start at CNY 3,999, maintaining a competitive edge by undercutting its counterparts from Apple. This pricing strategy not only makes the Vivo X100s an attractive proposition for tech enthusiasts but also enhances its accessibility to a broader audience.

Vivo X100s Will Remain China-Locked For Now

Following the pattern set by its predecessor, the Vivo X100, which was initially available only in China and later released globally by the end of 2023, the X100s is expected to follow a similar trajectory. This phased rollout strategy will likely help Vivo gauge initial market reactions before introducing the device to a global audience.

Vivo's upcoming X100s series promises to combine stylish design with cutting-edge technology, positioning itself as a strong contender in the high-end smartphone market.

With its advanced features and competitive pricing, the X100s series is here to impress the global audience. It is expected to continue Vivo's tradition of innovation and quality in mobile technology.

In other news, the Chinese mobile market which was heavily dominated by the Cupertino giant is now getting ruled out by the local manufacturers.

Gizchina reports that both Huawei and Honor already surpassed Apple in smartphone sales in the country. The impressive performance of the domestic manufacturers is evident with their uprising shares in the market, marking their greatest comeback in the business.
