Anyone who has slipped on a pair of Hey Dudes will agree that it feels like there is nothing on your feet. The shoes are incredibly lightweight, they slip on easily, and they’re so breathable — great if you plan on going sockless with them, which I totally recommend!

What’s everyone’s experience with HeyDude’s exchanges/customer service? When I first ordered, I received the shoes very quickly (4 days after order placed). Needed to exchange for bigger size, so sent them back. Once they received them, they sent me an “Order Received” email for the bigger size, but now it has been 8 days and there has been no change. They just keep telling me my order is being “processed.” Is this common?
