Christine McGuinness says her lack of sex life is ‘depressing’ and reveals celibacy is ‘not a choice’
REALITY star Christine McGuinness said her lack of sex life is “depressing” and she cannot remember the last time she did it.
The model and TV personality, 36, split from ex-Top Gear host hubby Paddy, 50, in 2022 after 11 years of marriage.
However, they still live under the same roof with their three children.
Christine told a podcast it was not a “choice” to be celibate, adding: “It’s just where I am at in my life right now: I want to focus on me.
“I’m also quite realistic about what I can and can’t do.
"I don’t want to put myself in a position where I’m spending time with someone and it may develop into a relationship and I’m not quite ready for that.”

She added: “I met my ex-husband when I was 19.
"I’ve been separated for two years and never had time for myself.
"I’m not in a big rush.”
